Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States. Our designated shipping carriers include DHL and FedEx. Available delivery arrangements and applicable shipping charges will be shown in the relevant product, checkout, or order information.

Before placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery difficulties or delays. If you notice an address error after submitting an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after an order has entered the shipping process.

Delivery estimates, when provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier operations, weather, seasonal demand, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

For furniture purchases, consider the product dimensions and the available access space at your delivery location. Assembly, room-of-choice placement, removal of existing furniture, or other specialized services are not included unless expressly stated in the relevant product or order details.

We recommend checking the package and product within a reasonable time after delivery. If you notice visible shipping damage, missing components, or an incorrect item, please notify our customer service team and provide a description and, where practical, supporting photographs.

Receiving or signing for a delivery does not automatically eliminate rights or remedies available under applicable law for damaged, defective, incorrect, or nonconforming products.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation through our customer service channel by emailing contact@coraseren.com. Once an eligible cancellation is accepted, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued for the canceled order.

After an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled directly because the shipment may already be under the carrier's control. In that case, our customer service team can explain the available options under the return policy and applicable law.

Submitting a cancellation request does not itself confirm that the cancellation has been accepted. Please wait for confirmation of the outcome. If the order has already entered the shipping process, the available options may depend on the shipment's status.

Nothing in this section removes any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other right granted by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our standard return period is 14 days from the date you receive the product, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

To request a return, email contact@coraseren.com within the applicable return period and provide your order details and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, an electronic return label will be made available for you to download and print. Please follow the return instructions provided and package the item appropriately to reduce the risk of additional transportation damage.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. For returns based on customer preference or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where permitted by law and clearly disclosed in advance. If the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or different from the item ordered, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

After the returned item is received and any necessary inspection is completed, we generally initiate the refund within 2–3 business days. Once initiated, the refund is expected to appear within a further 1–3 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on the payment provider, issuing bank, and other financial institutions involved.

Where practicable and legally permitted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a different method is necessary, we will communicate with you before proceeding.

We do not offer exchanges as a general convenience service. This does not restrict any repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy available to you under applicable law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution.
